Edd Loves J. (Abandoned Story)

Please pardon the extremely sad drawing skills as this is an old picture.
DD and J. were on a study date when things got a little too serious (and apparently before they got to eat as there are no chairs to sit in) and Edd's little cousin (who I invented) came downstairs to find them like this. Ella knew that DD and J. were supposed to be studying and watching her while DD's and her parents were at a dinner party. When they got home she tattle-tailed and Edd was grounded for the first time in his life.
Extremely aggitated by this he stewed in his room until Marie snuck him out. He resisted until she lured him with thoughts of seeing J.
They took a detour through the junkyard and new developement where DD and Marie had a heart-to-heart and made up. They never got to J.'s house though had the time of there lives and even got jawbreakers. Seeing how Marie cared for him, DD decided to give her a second chance and even to cut loose a little more and Marie promised to not be too loose.
